How to register?

Members are asked to email Heather at to provide your Name, Employer/Workplace and Telephone Number before Tuesday, June 15th at Noon. The dial list will be provided to our third-party provider Union Calling for the information to be uploaded into their system.

How does it work?

Just before 7pm on Thursday, June 17th you will receive a call from Union Calling with a 905 area code. When you pick-up you will hear a message from CUPE 503 and be asked to stay on the line and you will join the call shortly.

What happens if I miss the call? 

The software does the work and will leave you a voicemail. The voicemail will provide detailed instructions on how you can still join the call.

What to Expect?

The Executive will provide key updates to the membership and there will be the opportunity for a Q&A session. Instructions will be provided on how to ask your question during the call.
