As the Province moves us into the Orange- Restrict zone we are able to convene a face to face General Membership Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 16th 2021 at 7:00pm. This meeting will look very different as we implement physical distancing measures and follow the recommendations of Ottawa Public Health for a safe meeting space:
- We ask all members complete the COVID Screening Self-Assessment before coming to the meeting
- Hand sanitizer that will be available upon entering the building
- Masks are required upon entering the building and throughout the meeting
- The Training Centre will be set up for physical distancing and we ask that members do not move the chairs
- Paperwork will be distributed in advance and placed on chairs
- We will have a few members of Council taking down names for those who are in attendance for contact tracing rather than a sign-in sheet.
- Washrooms will be limited to 2 people at a time and we ask that everyone adhere to physical distancing and proper handwashing when using the facilities.
- Total attendance will be capped at 50 due to Provincial directives on indoor gatherings
This continues to be a different and stressful time for everyone and we hope we will be able to make our face to face meetings safe for everyone.
