Secretary-Treasurer

February 2013 – Present[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]In February 2013, Carrie Lynn was elected to the position of Secretary-Treasurer of CUPE 503. She had previously served on the Executive Council representing City of Ottawa 35-Salary members beginning in May 2005. An active member of Local 503 beginning in 2000, Carrie Lynn became an active shop steward within the Social Services department and was Co-Chair of the Joint Health and Safety Committee for her workplace. Carrie Lynn was elected as Chair of the CUPE Ontario Social Service Workers Coordinating Committee in 2008 and also sat on the CUPE Ontario Division Executive Board. In 2011 Carrie Lynn was appointed as CUPE National Sector Council Co-Chair for Social Services. Carrie Lynn has served on the CUPE 503 Grievance, By-Law, and Political Action Committees over the last 18 years.
