CUPE 503 Executive Elections
Ballots for the CUPE 503 Executive Elections, held every three years are arriving to member’s home addresses this week by Canada Post.
Members are to complete the ballot and return it in the pre-paid envelope included in the mailing to the Chartered Accounting firm by Noon on Tuesday, May 16th 2023.
Members who lay claim to not receiving the mailed ballot will, upon presentation and identification and a signed statement of facts, be given a ballot providing that their name has not been struck from the qualified election list. To receive a ballot and envelope, one must present at the office of Local 503 prior to May 12, 2023 between 9:00am. and 3:30pm.
