City of Ottawa Inside Outside Collective Agreement Printing:
The City of Ottawa Inside Outside Collective Agreement Booklets continue to be available at our office for pick-up. Our Office Hours at 1505 Carling Ave are 8:30am to 4:30pm so please pop by and pick up a copy and bring some to your workplace for your coworkers. City of Ottawa Part-time Recreation & Culture Collective Agreement Arbitration:
We are now working on a final draft of the updated Collective Agreement with the Employer to be able to post it on the CUPE 503 website.
City of Ottawa Aquatics:
An Interest Arbitration date to resolve the outstanding items for the Collective Agreement has been set for 17 October 2023.
Ottawa Public Library Collective Agreement Printing:
We have received the printed copies of the new OPL Collective Agreement. Booklets and they are available at our office for pickup. Forrest Hill Long Term Care:
The Interest Arbitration date to resolve the outstanding items from bargaining has been set for December 21st 2023.
Embassy West Retirement Residence:
Embassy West Bargaining has commenced. The Bargaining Team is working to schedule additional dates with the Employer.
Sandfield Place:
The Sandfield Place Bargaining commenced with the Employer Monday, June 20th 2023, the Bargaining Teams have reached an impasse and we are moving ahead with securing an Arbitrator for Interest Arbitration.
Ottawa Sports & Entertainment Group:
The Bargaining Team has reached a tentative agreement with the Employer and are currently working on a mailout to all members in this Collective Agreement as well as setting a Ratification meeting date.
Ottawa Humane Society:
Bargaining has commenced with the exchange of proposals happening September 20th 2023.
Other Bargaining in the coming months:
A central table is being organized for the CUPE 503 HCCSS members with respect to the re-opener clause for wages as Bill 124 has been deemed by the courts as unconstitutional. Additional information will be forthcoming to the members.
