In addition to the General Membership Meeting we will be hosting an All Member Telephone Townhall on Wednesday, May 25th 2022 at 7pm. We expect the town hall to last for 60 minutes.
Pre-registration is required by emailing Heather at [email protected] and providing your name, workplace, and the telephone number you wish to be called at. Your name and telephone number will be provided to a third party vendor to participate in the Town Hall. The Registration Deadline is Friday, May 20th at Noon as we must provide the call out list in advance to the vendor.
How it works? A call list provided to Union Calling and right around 7pm on Wednesday, May 25th you will receive a call to your telephone number from a 905 area code. Simply pick up the phone call and you will be placed in the cue to join.
Did you miss picking up the call? That’s ok…time to check your voicemail. A call in number and unique access code will be left in a voicemail for you to call in and join the Town Hall.
The All Member Telephone Townhall is another engagement opportunity to receive updates and to ask questions of the Executive.
***Members who are are on shift with the Employer should NOT be joining the CUPE 503 Telephone Townhall. The Employer could take disciplinary action***
