On Tuesday, June 21st at 7pm we are hosting our second Hybrid General Membership Meeting. CUPE 503 Members will be able to join In Person at 1505 Carling Ave and on Zoom.

To receive the Registration Link to join by Zoom email communications@cupe503.comThe Deadline to request the registration link is 4pm on Tuesday, June 21st as the communications email is not monitored after regular business hours.

What should members expect who are joining in person?
The Training Centre will be set-up for physical distancing and there will be a camera that will have a full view of the room, and there will be a designated spot to speak that will have a microphone. The meeting starts at 7pm sharp. Masks are required.
What should members expect who are joining by Zoom?
We will be using the waiting room feature on Zoom. Members will be asked to use their first name and last name on their Zoom profile so we can verify CUPE 503 membership. Members attending by Zoom should log in 5 minutes early. In order to ask a question we will be using the Raise Hand feature on Zoom.

For questions from Members attending in-person and online we will be alternating back and forth.

This meeting will not be recorded and the chat function Zoom will be disabled.

***Members who are are on shift with the Employer should NOT be joining the CUPE 503 Membership Meeting. The Employer could take disciplinary action***
