CUPE 503 represents a variety of employees in the City of Ottawa.

The French language version of this collective agreement is provided for the convenience of our members. In the event of a conflict with the English version, the English version prevails.

The Home Community Care Support Services Champlain is part of a province-wide network funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to help guide people through the health system.

Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) provides and manages quality, safe and affordable housing for low and moderate income households.

Ottawa Humane Society

The Ottawa Humane Society (OHS) helps 11,000 animals each and every year, rescuing them from abuse and neglect, providing medical treatment and finding them new and loving homes. Since early spring, the OHS has been operating at double capacity, with its wards full of nearly 350 cats and more than 60 dogs on any given day.
